- 5 May 2011: Update on Staff Influenza Vaccination Program:
Three new sessions are available for those who have not yet had a vaccination:
- Old Physics (Friday 13 May, 10.30-2pm);
- 100 Leicester St (Tuesday 17 May, 10.30-2pm);
- The Spot building (Wednesday 18 May, 10.30-2pm).
More sessions are still yet to come. To book into these sessions, follow the instructions provided by your department's coordinator for using the online booking system. - 28 April 2011: Staff Influenza Vaccination Program 2011: The list of departmental coordinators is now available. Contact your coordinator for instructions on getting a vaccination.
- 22 March 2011: Minor changes to Chemical Management Guidelines on illicit drug precursor chemicals and apparatus: minor changes have been made to the Chemical Management Guidelines following the introduction of the Drugs, Poisons and Controlled Substances (Precursor Supply) Regulations 2010 (Vic). The changes involve the introduction of a new category of regulated item, Precursor Apparatus (covering certain kinds of apparatus known to be used in the manufacture of illicit chemicals), and extending the requirement for End User Declarations to the purchase of all precursor chemicals and apparatus. - 18 March 2011: AS 4801 and National Self Insurers OHS Audit Tool Certificates from Lloyd's Register - The University of Melbourne's OHS Management Systems have been certified as conforming to these standards by our independent external auditor, Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance. Local areas can print and display certificates to celebrate their achievement.
