Health & Safety: Consultation representation and committee requirements

Replaces and joins together the OHS Representation and Committees Procedure and the OHS Consultative Arrangements Procedure. Both withdrawn from the Melbourne Policy Library on 21 July 2016.
The procedure incorporates consultation with workers as defined in WHS legislation and the requirements of the NAT v3. Section 4.3.2 outlines these requirements. Subsequent section numbering is altered as a result of this new section.

Section 4.1 and Section 4.2 are new. They describe the manner and intent for reaching agreed issue resolution processes. Section 4.3 is the current agreed to and published issue resolution procedure (now renamed as a requirement).
