Confidentiality and Privacy
All Occupational Health consultations are kept strictly confidential in line with the University of Melbourne Privacy Policy, especially the Privacy Statement for Staff Information, which deals with the collection of personal and health information. Our practices ensure compliance with the Information Privacy Act 2000 (Vic), the Health Records Act 2001 (Vic) and the Occupational Health and Safety Act 2004 (Vic).
Results for any Occupational Health Programs including pathology (blood), audiometry (hearing) and spirometry (lung function) testing will be provided to staff participating in health monitoring.
