Health and Safety Risk Register
A Risk Register is a list of hazards, associated risks (pre and post control) and controls, sorted in order of the highest to lowest risk. The procedure EHS Risk Management (UOM 306) sets outs responsibilities around risk registers.
University-wide Health & Safety Risk Register

Divisional Health & Safety Risk Registers
Each Division needs to establish and maintain a Division Health & Safety Risk Register, incorporating risks identified from local risk assessments and from the University-wide Health & Safety Risk Register.
A Division Health & Safety Risk Register should be indexed by activity - as opposed to the University-wide Register, which is indexed by hazard category.
