Danger Tags and Lock Out Devices
Danger Tags and Lock Out Devices are used for isolating equipment during cleaning, servicing, repairing or alteration, as described in the EHS procedure: Lock out, Tagging and Isolation - EHS Requirements (UOM 346).

Danger Tags and Lock Out Devices should be supplied by the person completing the work.
Danger Tags should not be confused with Out of Service Tags.
