Pest Control

The University has a proactive plan for managing pests such as mice, rats, possums as well as insects on campus. The latest technology is used to monitor and reduce opportunities for pests to gain entry to buildings. Targeted action plans are carried out in many buildings to mitigate pests. The rollout of this new technology has already significantly reduced pest activity which reduces the need to bait or trap pests.

The best prevention method is to keep spaces tidy and clear of food.

However, pests will always find a way to enter buildings. You can use the Staff Services Facilities Form or the Snap Send Solve mobile app to report pests for a targeted response.
