Psychosocial Risk Management Essentials Training
Psychosocial Risk Management Essentials e-learn introduces the requirements of psychosocial risk management and how these apply at the University of Melbourne. It explains key obligations under legislation and the University’s approach to identifying, assessing and managing psychosocial hazards and risks.
The training focuses on what this means in practice for staff across different roles. It clarifies responsibilities, common terms, and where to find guidance and tools to support local risk management activities.

Preventing and Responding to Sexual Misconduct Program
The University of Melbourne is committed to eliminating sexual misconduct and promoting safety for students, staff and visitors.
The Preventing & Responding to Sexual Misconduct all-staff program is a dedicated learning module designed specifically for University of Melbourne staff.
The aim of this learning module is for participants to become acquainted with the definitions of sexual misconduct that form the basis of University policy, including its various forms and risk factors, and at a high level to be aware of the strategies and options recommended for responding to issues as a bystander and staff member of the University community.

Gahgook Indigenous Cultural Education Program
The Gahgook all-staff program is a dedicated cultural education offering designed specifically for University of Melbourne staff. Participation in this program contributes to professional and cultural capability development and is essential to building a culturally safe and equitable University.
Gahgook, meaning "respect" in the Woiwurrung language of the Wurundjeri people, is a signature project under Murmuk Djerring developed to strengthen cultural understanding, celebrate Indigenous contributions, and equip staff with the tools to support respectful engagement with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
